Garth Brooks tickets for seven January shows at the BOK Center are a hot item this holiday season.
However, the high demand for tickets comes with brokers trying to sell already purchased tickets for a steep price.
When Brooks announced he was bringing his tour to Tulsa, tickets were priced at $70 for every seat in the arena. Now some are taking advantage of his popularity and reselling tickets for hundreds and even thousands of dollars.

FOX23 found some tickets to the nearly sold-out shows going for as much as $6,000 on eBay.
StubHub has hundreds of ticket up for sale, ranging from $90 to over $1,000. They are all more than the original $70 price.
Ronda and Rick Martin were shocked to see tickets selling for so much money.
“It’s horrible. Everybody loses money -- Garth Brooks, the BOK Center. It’s just not a good practice,” Ronda Martin said.
They both said they wanted to see Brooks, but couldn’t get tickets in time. Ronda Martin thinks many fans might actually give in and spend big money on tickets.
“Yes, because he is from here and he hasn’t been here for a long time,” Ronda Martin said.
It is legal to resell tickets in Oklahoma, just not on BOK Center property. Arena officials encourage fans to only go through TicketMaster for tickets and warned that buying elsewhere is at your own risk.
