Police say they’ve caught a man who stole a car in Sapulpa that led them on a foot chase through a midtown neighborhood.
Around 4:30 a.m., Sapulpa police arrived to question a woman Tulsa police say was in the stolen car with the suspect they arrested.
Police say 31-year-old Kenneth Buckley stole a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe around midnight from an Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Sapulpa.
Tulsa police say they received information from Sapulpa police the car was located near 11th and Canton at the Desert Hills Motel.
When Tulsa police got here they say they saw a man walking away from the car and then he took off.
Police chased him to a nearby neighborhood where they say he tried hiding in a shed.
They sent K-9s in and they arrested Buckley.
Buckley was taken to OSU Medical Center to be treated. Police say Buckley had a felony warrant out of California.
