It seems his pranks and schoolboy antics have started to grate on the other celebrities and a result he had to face a bushtucker trial called the Safari Spa.
Beauty treatments included an African clawed frogs shampoo, a cricket-filled hair drier, a sauna overrun with rats and a facial containing elephant dung and maggots.
His nightmare was topped off with a spray tan made up of a yellow gooey substance and elephant dung drops but the brave sportsman, 37, managed to win nine stars for camp.
Meanwhile, Freddie ended up flying over the Aussie jungle camp for his first bushtucker trial last week.
He and co-star Tyson Mayr had to move along a high wire above the trees in the South African bush to win food.
